Online ordering, table booking and event hall enquiries for one of the biggest Nigerian restaurants in Manchester.
The brief
Lasgidi is one of the biggest Nigerian restaurants in Manchester, and its volume of orders, table bookings and event enquiries needed a proper system to handle it.
Our solution
We built the customer ordering site with delivery and pickup, loyalty rewards and booking forms for tables, buffets and the event hall. Behind it sits a custom admin panel the team uses all day: a live order board with sound alerts, a menu manager with options and sold-out controls, ingredient and stock tracking, and analytics covering income, expenses, profit, best sellers and top customers. A busy mode and an open or closed switch let staff manage demand at peak times.
The result
Everything from the first order to the end-of-month figures runs through one system, and the team can change the menu, stock and opening status themselves.
