Overview

A web app for a pre-school — attendance, parent and staff sign-in, and reports in one secure portal.

The brief

A busy pre-school needed a dependable way to record attendance and handle monthly fees for every family.

Our solution

We built a portal with a tap-in kiosk where parents check children in and out with a PIN, fee settings by age group, and invoicing with part payments and PDF receipts. Teachers record class logs and prepare academic report cards. Parents sign in to see attendance, bills and reports, and a companion tool sends each family's invoice on WhatsApp.

The result

Attendance, class logs, report cards, invoices and receipts live in one system, and parents can check their own bills, attendance and reports at any time.
