Overview
A staff attendance web app for any business: clock in and out, attendance, documents and timesheets in one secure portal.
The brief
Any business with shift-based teams needs an accurate record of staff hours and a tidy way to keep staff documents in order.
Our solution
We built a portal where each staff member signs in with a staff ID and PIN to clock in and out. Managers see who is on shift in real time, add or deactivate staff, review attendance, download timesheets as PDFs, and store staff documents with expiry dates.
The result
Timesheets come straight from the clock-in records, and managers can see who is on shift and which documents are due to expire.
