A receipt generator for any business: enter the payer and amount, and download a branded PDF receipt with the amount in words.
The brief
Businesses that take payments need consistent, professional receipts, without writing each one by hand.
Our solution
We built a receipt generator with a general receipt form and a monthly fee receipt for schools. Staff enter who paid, the amount and what it covers, and the receipt fills in the date, the description and the amount in words. One click downloads an A4 PDF with the business's letterhead, logo and signature.
The result
Staff can produce consistent, branded PDF receipts for every payment, without writing each one out.
